Ringlo works with smart rings using the ATS8266 / DL110 chip. Most affordable smart rings sold on AliExpress, Temu, and similar retailers use this chip. If your ring came with an app called "SmartHealth" or "HBand," it's almost certainly compatible.
Open Ringlo, go through onboarding, and tap "Pair Ring." Make sure your ring is charged and nearby — the app scans for compatible rings automatically.
No. Ringlo is a wellness app. All readings are estimates for informational purposes only — not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions.
Manage your subscription through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings to cancel or modify.
Open the app, go to the "You" tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes your account and all associated data.
Yes. Your data is stored securely in Firebase and never sold to third parties. You can export to JSON or delete your account anytime.
